Director – Compliance & Training

Steph leads compliance, onboarding, and training, ensuring Optimum’s teams deliver safe, consistent standards across every site.

  • Manages equipment and consumables

Lloyd Ansermoz

Strategic Partner

Lloyd works with Optimum’s leadership team to keep strategy, goals, and outcomes aligned with the business plan. He supports long-term growth through experience, belief, and strong leadership.

Paula Truesdale

Contracts Manager

Paula oversees day-to-day service delivery, supporting operatives and clients to ensure sites run smoothly and standards stay to the Optimum level.

  • Ensures health & safety compliance
  • Resolves any day to day operational challenges
